The Rolling Stones have unveiled this classy new music video for 'Hate To See You Go,' the lead song from their much-anticipated blues album Blue & Lonesome. The clip shows the band at British Grove, the west London studio owned by Mark Knopfler where the album was recorded in just three days, along with scenes of urban life.
'Hate To See You Go' was first recorded by one of the Stones' blues heroes, Little Walter, with his band the Jukes. It appeared as the flipside of 'Too Late,' his September 1955 single for the Chess subsidiary Checker Records.
The new single, like the whole of Blue & Lonesome, were produced by Don Was and the Glimmer Twins. The album will be released worldwide by Polydor Records on 2 December. You can pre-order the album at the button below.
